Pancake and coffee shop from Japan’s Kyushu region, and the first of its kind outside of Japan, officially opened in Taipei on January 27. The pancakes are made using a specially formulated pancake mix created from seven types of grains from seven different prefectures in Kyushu, blended in the perfect ratio to achieve a flavor that suits Asian palates, bringing the rich taste of Kyushu pancakes to create a happy dining table filled with joyful memories.

The KyushuPancake Taiwan store covers an area of approximately30ping, with a total of36 seats. Located next to Fu Jin Street in the culturally rich Minsheng community, the shop features a minimalist design with white and light wood tones. Its window sills full of greenery and thoughtfully arranged natural lighting create a tranquil and comfortable dining atmosphere. As the second store following the one in Tokyo’s Daikanyama, KyushuPancake Taiwan not only embodies the brand image of Kyushu pancakes but also becomes a part of Fu Jin Street's unique cultural scene.
