There are many high-quality little shops tucked away in Minsheng Community. With its slow pace and relaxing atmosphere, it's an oasis in bustling and complicated Taipei. Located next to Minsheng Park, there’s a place called “Sometimes Red Bean Pancakes” that lets visitors who come here for a stroll enjoy a pancake, steal some leisure time, and savor a wonderful lazy afternoon.

Unlike the typical image of roadside snacks, the young owner hopes to open a red bean pancake shop with a sense of quality. In harmony with the laid-back and relaxing Minsheng Park nearby, the store is designed with a Japanese garden aesthetic and offers several tables and chairs where customers can sit in the courtyard, enjoy the sunshine, and have a leisurely afternoon tea with simple red bean pancakes.
