Speaking of Valentine’s Day, chocolate is always the first thing that comes to mind. Today, we’re sharing a rich brownie made with plenty of chocolate. Let’s learn how to prepare a delightful surprise for someone you love by making it yourself.
Ingredients:
Bittersweet chocolate (85%) 240g
Unsalted butter 120g
All-purpose flour 150g
Cocoa powder 30g
Baking powder 1g
Granulated sugar 150g
A pinch of sea salt
Eggs 3
Whisky 1 tablespoon (optional)
Method:
1. First, sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and set aside.

2. Then, melt the butter in a double boiler and stir in the chocolate until completely melted.

3. Next, pour in the eggs and mix well.

4. Stir in the sea salt and whisky, then gradually add the sugar while mixing.

5. After that, gradually fold in the dry ingredients from step 1.

6. Finally, pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 15–30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.

Tips:
1. The percentage of chocolate (cocoa content) can be adjusted according to personal preference.
2. Baking time may vary depending on your oven temperature and the thickness of the mold. Please adjust accordingly.

Who can resist a brownie that’s crispy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside?
