The only exhibition in Taipei during the 2015 spring break focusing on award-winning Japanese cuisine, inviting over 60 renowned award-winning shops from Japan and specially hiring 100–200 Japanese chefs to Taiwan, featuring over 100 varieties of award-winning specialty foods. What’s more, champion queue-food vendors that have won first place for three consecutive years will be flying in their original teams from Japan. This spring break, you can feast on top-notch Japanese street snacks right here. This food exhibition has an eight-edition history in Japan, and this exclusive opportunity to bring it to Taiwan is truly rare—sample queue-worthy delicacies from all over Japan, from north to south, and enjoy popular Japanese “Michelin for the people” cuisine without even flying abroad.
