Fluorescent Avenue Welcomes Visitors: Rural Fun of Peach Picking and Firefly Watching in Xinshe

April and May each year are the best seasons to watch fireflies. The Choutengkeng Leisure Agriculture Area in Xinshe, featuring low light pollution and environmental contamination, has multiple well-preserved natural firefly habitats. Now, the Xinshe Farmers' Association has also partnered with travel agencies to launch the "2015 Peach and Plum City Firefly Watching" event starting April 18. The event includes strolling along painted trails, visiting the Bailing Irrigation Memorial Park, picking peaches, and tasting sweet persimmon sorbet.

The Choutengkeng Leisure Agriculture Area in Xinshe boasts abundant natural landscapes and leisure dining options. The ecological environment within the area has always maintained a natural, simple, and pristine state, creating the optimal conditions for nurturing fireflies. April and May each year are the best seasons to watch fireflies. With low light pollution and environmental contamination, the area features multiple well-preserved natural firefly habitats. Each spring, fireflies fill the mountains and valleys, dancing in the air, making it a hidden gem for firefly enthusiasts. Through locally trained guides and interpretive services, more visitors can gain an in-depth understanding of firefly ecology and the surrounding natural scenery.
