To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the beloved anime series *Chibi Maruko-chan* by Momoko Sakura, which aired until 2015, a special exhibition titled “Chibi Maruko-chan School Festival” will be held at Huashan 1914 Creative Park from June 19 for a period of three months. The full-price ticket is NT$280, with early-bird tickets available for NT$180 if purchased before May 7, and pre-sale tickets priced at NT$200 between May 8 and June 18.

*Chibi Maruko-chan* is a story inspired by author Momoko Sakura’s childhood (Showa 49, i.e., 1974), filled with nostalgia from the 1970s. The story is set in Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, revolving around Maruko and her family and classmates, depicting everyday moments of family bonds, friendships, and more—moments of laughter and tears that bring back memories of childhood innocence.

In the blink of an eye, the *Chibi Maruko-chan* anime has accompanied many people through 25 years. The exhibition invites adults who have grown up to revisit the *Chibi Maruko-chan School Festival – 25th Anniversary Special Exhibition*, reliving Maruko’s fun past memories and recalling the carefree childhood spent with her. For those who haven’t grown up yet, you’re also welcome to experience Maruko’s life at the exhibition, stepping into classic scenes such as the Cherry Family home, the school classroom, the school festival, and the evening celebration, and immersing yourself in the unique charm of *Chibi Maruko-chan* !
