Affordable fashion brands have been entering Taiwan one after another. In early 2015, H&M opened in Taipei’s Xinyi District, while the Japanese affordable brand GU just set up a branch in Taichung. The long-awaited FOREVER21, which was previously rumored to launch in May, has officially announced that it will commence operations on June 13.

The American affordable fashion brand FOREVER21 focuses on a young, trendy style, offering the most approachable fashion for girls of the 21st century. Although the store primarily targets female customers, its affordably priced men’s clothing is also very popular with consumers. Now, FOREVER21 has announced that it will officially open on June 13, not only setting up a location at ATT 4 FUN but also entering the Zhongxiao Dunhua shopping district with a total of two branches. Additionally, H&M will open a branch in the Taipei Railway Station area, while Taichung is expected to see new locations at Zhongyou Department Store and Tiger City. A branch will also be established in Kaohsiung, completing the plan to open four stores in the second half of the year.
