Located in Taichung, the "New World Western Museum" has recently become a must-visit destination for antique lovers. With 20 European-themed sections and a private collection of over a thousand items worth over a hundred million NT dollars in total, it’s a visual feast for visitors — and best of all, it's free to enter during the holiday break through 2/28.

Opened at the end of December last year, the Western Museum is located in East District, Taichung, covering an area of 700 ping. The first floor houses a French restaurant and Cuclos Cafe & Kitchen breakfast service, while the second floor offers Cantonese dim sum dining and a wedding banquet hall. The museum houses nearly a thousand collectibles sourced from Sotheby’s and Christie’s, including hand-painted plates, royal French tableware, and various antique clocks. Visitors can immerse themselves in the opulent ambience of European royalty.
