A road as stunning as Brown Road—Jingang Boulevard in Changbin on your way to the azure coast

The beautiful natural scenery of Taitung has always been enchanting, especially the dreamy Brown Road lined with golden rice fields. Made famous by Takeshi Kaneshiro’s commercial shoot, it has become one of the must-visit spots in Taitung. But besides Brown Road, there's also a lesser-known Jingang Boulevard in Changbin Township, Taitung. This seemingly endless country road stretches toward the deep blue Pacific Ocean, accompanied by lush green terraced fields on both sides—it’s truly another paradise road in Taitung.

Jingang Boulevard is located in Changguang Tribe, Changbin Township, Taitung County, around the 85K mark on Provincial Highway 11. It’s a beautiful village nestled between mountains and the sea, preserving its natural and pristine farmland landscape. Once you enter Changguang Tribe, just follow Provincial Road 13 (Changguang Industrial Road) westward, and the breathtaking “Jingang Boulevard” will come into view. The straight road looks like a path leading to a mysterious land, flanked by endless terraced fields stretching out in layers at the foot of Jingang Mountain and along the Pacific coast. The rice fields sway gently in the sea breeze, their golden stalks rippling like waves, harmonizing with the sound of the ocean waves. The boundless, majestic view rivals that of “Brown Road.”
