Located at the highest point along Provincial Highway 102 in New Taipei City, at the junction of Shuangxi and Jiufen, "Buyi Pavilion" not only offers a distant view of Ruifang but also captures the scenery of the blue sea in the distance, and is known as one of Taiwan's most beautiful highway landscapes. On the 30th, it was reported that someone had used white spray paint to scrawl offensive messages such as "Die, Taiwanese," "Entitled Brat," and "Die, Little Brat" on the surrounding red pillars. After the public took photos, they uploaded them online to express their dissatisfaction.

The scenery at Buyi Pavilion is stunningly beautiful. From its high vantage point, you can gaze over the entire landscape of Shuangxi District on one side, and on the other, you can look far toward Ruifang. On clear days, the blue sea in the distance can be seen, and during certain times, even sea of clouds can be spotted. This beautiful mountaintop scenery not only frequently attracts photography enthusiasts but is also a dream destination for many cyclists and tourists.
