Tokyo Disneyland's 10th Anniversary Duffy Memorial Event Begins

Tokyo Disneyland's most adorable mascot, Duffy the Bear, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, Tokyo Disneyland held the “Journeys with Duffy Your Friend Forever” series of events from July 3, 2015, to March 18, 2016, inviting fans to join in the celebration.

● Duffy Livery Plane

Tokyo Disneyland has specially collaborated with Japan Airlines to launch the super-cute Duffy livery plane, which has been in operation since July 14 and will run until April 2016. It will take fans from Tokyo Haneda Airport to various destinations across Japan. Duffy fans, don’t miss the chance to soar through the skies with Duffy.

● Duffy Bear Special Exhibition

Tokyo Disneyland held a Duffy Bear special exhibition titled “ジャ0?税??Ε％喊?昆氓榨０?Your Friend Forever” at the Asahi Broadcasting Corporation headquarters in Roppongi, running until August 23. At the event, you can see Duffy Bears taller than humans, as well as various themed Duffy Bear displays. Of course, Duffy’s girlfriend ShellieMay and his best friend Gelatoni will also appear at the exhibition. Together with fans, they’ll celebrate Duffy Bear’s changes over the past decade, definitely satisfying all Duffy fans.

● Duffy Bear 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Merchandise

To celebrate the 10th anniversary, Disney has not only released Duffy Bear plush toys dressed in 10th-anniversary commemorative outfits, but also Duffy Bear T-shirts featuring the numbers 1 through 10. Each design is unique, allowing fans to dress up their Duffy Bear plush toys.
