Taiwan’s first Rilakkuma-themed restaurant is causing a stir even before opening. The official Japanese Rilakkuma social media accounts have given a sneak peek of the upcoming eatery’s interior in Taipei’s East District, set to begin trial operations on September 1. Rilakkuma motifs fill the space with a cozy and adorable vibe, and each seat comes with a large Rilakkuma plush pillow to keep diners company.

Beyond the charming dining environment, the themed menu is also highly anticipated by fans. The Rilakkuma restaurant is located in Taipei’s East District,with trial operations set to begin on September 1 and phone reservations opening on August 28. The official opening is planned for autumn.
