Disney will construct Star Wars-themed parks next to its existing resorts in Orlando, Florida, and Anaheim, California. Each park will span nearly six hectares, making them the largest single-themed areas in Disney’s history. Visitors will not only be able to participate in epic battles between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance but also pilot the “most famous starship in the galaxy,” the Millennium Falcon. They can even step into the gritty bars frequented by smugglers and traders.
