The teddy bears are back again, riding on the previous wave of enthusiasm. The 3rd Happy Bear Urban Carnival will kick off grandly on December 12, 2015. Gathering creative works from various fields in culture, green initiatives, and technology, the event features 100 teddy bear installation artworks that are both adorable and eye-catching, winning widespread affection. In addition to Taichung Park serving as the main exhibition venue, the carnival will also head north to the Shilin Official Residence in Taipei, allowing fans in the northern region to experience the charm of these cute teddy bears.

This edition of the Happy Bear Urban Carnival will begin in Taichung on December 12, 2015, and run until January 14, 2016, before moving to the Shilin Official Residence in Taipei from January 16 to February 18. During the exhibition period, special holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Lunar New Year, and Valentine’s Day will feature limited-time themed activities to create a warm and lovely festive atmosphere. The teddy bear art installations on display this year will maintain the previous height of 170 cm, returning to the format of single teddy bears exhibited in seated poses. Not only does this preserve their adorable appeal, but it also allows visitors to admire the heart patterns on the teddy bears’ palms and soles.
