Come here for barbecue during the Mid-Autumn Festival — 23 riverside areas in Taipei now open for use

The Mid-Autumn Festival is here, but you haven’t decided where to have a barbecue yet? Taipei City has specially opened 23 designated areas in riverside parks for public barbecues. The opening hours are from 5 p.m. on September 25 to midnight on September 28. However, to coordinate with the Dadaocheng Fireworks event, the designated area in front of the Yanping Temple at Dadaocheng will not be open for barbecues on September 25 and 26.

Also, a special reminder: when visiting riverside parks for barbecues, please practice good public spirit — take your trash with you, keep the environment clean, bring your own reusable utensils, and clean up the site after the barbecue. Take your trash home or sort and dispose of it in the specially placed bins.
