Adorable Panda Family Rice Field Art in Miaoli Greets Visitors

Miaoli fields have welcomed wild pandas! The Yuanli Township Farmers’ Association has created a brand-new rice paddy art piece titled "Panda Family" in front of the Shanjiao Rush Culture Museum, using second-crop rice. The artwork features five super-cute pandas of varying sizes, attracting many visitors to come and take photos.

The Yuanli Township Farmers’ Association has over 10 years of experience in creating rice paddy art. This time, on about 0.3 hectares of land in front of the Rush Culture Museum, they used four varieties of genetically improved rice in purple, yellow, white, and green. Following the trend of Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan, they designed an adorable panda family motif. The best viewing period is estimated to last until mid-October. Visitors can head to the three-story observation deck nearby to admire and take pictures.
