This summer, let’s go hiking and enjoy the scenery, taking in the boundless, breathtaking views.The highest point in Tainan’s Baihe District, Pillow Mountain, offers a 180-degree panoramic view that takes in the entire Chianan Plain. Not many people know about this spot yet, so it can be considered a hidden gem in Tainan.

Pillow Mountain Observation Deck is located in Guanziping Scenic Area, Baihe, Tainan. You can reach the observation deck by walking along the trail from Yunlai Villa for about 20 minutes. The mountaintop has an army camp and TV/radio transmission stations.In the past, the road signs here were not obvious, and it was designated as a restricted area until a few years ago when it was opened to the public for mountain viewing.

The view is incredibly vast, offering different scenery from morning to sunset.
