On the lively Kenting Street, a small sign with the character “乐” (joy) acts like a mysterious password to a secret spot. Following it leads you through a passage of old bungalows, and there before your eyes unfolds the exclusive blue seascape of the south and a cultural and creative space full of handmade charm. The naturally unpretentious space at Helo Cup Ice radiates a carefree and delightful vibe.

The location of Helo Cup Ice was originally an old, abandoned military dependents' village. In 2014, the owner of Helo Cup Ice came to this place and was quickly captivated by the view. They then decided to collaborate with the property owner, bringing in a wealth of artistic elements. The original old bungalow was preserved as a space for creation and display, and with great care, it was transformed into an art space.

Besides the simple bungalow, Helo Cup Ice constructed an open-air seating platform by the sea using 3,600 wooden pieces and discarded cables. It's decorated with driftwood tables and chairs, utility poles, buoys, and stone artworks processed from seashore finds. Everything is made from recycled or old materials. Though not particularly glamorous, the space exudes a natural and unforced artistic atmosphere.
