The restaurant RAW, founded by renowned chef André Chiang, opened on December 9, 2014. In less than a year, it has successively been honored with titles such as “Asia’s 101 Best Restaurants” and “Asia’s Best Design Restaurant,” with its high-standard cuisine and spatial design earning repeated international acclaim.

Now approaching its first anniversary, RAW has launched a limited-time annual curated menu featuring its most popular classic dishes from the past year. The special menu will be available from November 4, 2015, to January 10, 2016, and online reservations open at 12:00 PM on October 22, 2015. Each meal is priced at NT$2,680 (plus a 10% service charge).
