Cheer for the Chinese National Team at the Classic – Grand Mayfull Launches “Victory Smash” Burger Meal

The much-watched 2017 WBC World Baseball Classic has officially kicked off. Although the Chinese National Team lost their first game against Israel on March 7, Grand Mayfull Hotel Taipei, in collaboration with official WBC partner HUBLOT, has been live-streaming the matches since March 7 on three screens in the Cocoon Poolside Bar and on the outdoor 290T large screen. At the same time, they have launched a limited-time “Victory Smash” burger meal set priced at NT$780 + 10%.

The “Victory Smash” burger features U.S. beef ribeye and short ribs imported by Grand Mayfull. After trimming excess fat and sinew, the ribeye is diced and the short ribs are minced, then sautéed with buttery onions and Italian herbs. The patties are hand-formed and cooked to a juicy medium-well when served, topped with beef tomato, arugula, pickles, cheddar cheese, and served on charcoal bread.
