The pop art exhibition of the 20th-century art enfant terrible—Keith Haring—is being shown in Taiwan for the first time ever. Keith Haring’s works are known for using simple, bold outlines and bright, eye-catching colors to express a strong pop art style, often making viewers feel as if the whole city is his stage.

Keith Haring’s spontaneous, freeform, and direct way of conveying messages through his creations is astonishing. His unique style gained widespread attention when he once used white chalk to create graffiti on an advertisement board in a subway station during an interview, instantly propelling him to fame.

Upholding the belief of bringing art to the public, iconic images such as glowing babies, barking dogs, and kneeling figures have become universally recognized visual language, widely embraced and loved by the public, eventually turning into cultural icons of pop culture.
