White Cosy milk&parfait is directly operated by Hokkaido’s Yotsuba Dairy in Japan, offering delicious Hokkaido milk, ice cream, pancakes, and related dairy products. It opened in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 1987, and has since expanded to New Chitose Airport and Tokyo Skytree.
