New Direct Flight from Taipei to Osaka: Philippine Airlines 6666

Philippine Airlines will operate daily direct flights from Taipei to Osaka starting June 25 using an Airbus A321 aircraft with 199 seats, providing Taiwanese travelers with a more convenient route to Japan. With the strong and growing trend of Taiwanese tourists visiting Japan—visitor numbers hit 3.8 million in 2015, with over 1.38 million going to Osaka—and 1.63 million Japanese tourists visiting Taiwan, Philippine Airlines has launched the Taipei–Osaka route with its A321 aircraft.

Philippine Airlines flights depart Taipei every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:20 am via PR896, arriving in Osaka at 1:55 pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, PR896 departs Taipei at 10:10 am and arrives in Osaka at 2:05 pm. The return flight, PR897, departs Osaka daily at 4:50 pm and arrives in Taipei at 7:10 pm.
