By shopping at designated stores and checking in on Facebook or Instagram — while tagging the store name and JAPANKURU — you can exchange your post at the Japankuru Concierge Desk for a free 5,000-yen SIM card. The campaign runs through the end of July, and giveaways are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Japankuru Concierge Desk provides various travel and sightseeing information for international visitors, and introduces Asakusa tourism info in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. To celebrate the opening, simply shop at any of the following stores in Asakusa – Don Quijote, Ippudo Ueno, Shinjuku Maguro no Sushiya, Ginza Motoyaki, Ginza AKITA DINING NAMAHAGE, or Ochanomizu GREEN TEA RESTAURANT 1899 — then check in on Facebook or Instagram with tags for japankuru and the restaurant’s name, and you can exchange for a free SIM card at the Asakusa Japankuru Concierge Desk.
