While exploring Hong Kong’s various attractions, keep an eye out for food trucks nearby. Sixteen food trucks serving a variety of delicious offerings such as Hong Kong-style dim sum, noodles, creative burgers, local desserts, and fresh juices pop up at 8 well-known Hong Kong destinations, including Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai, Central Harbourfront Event Space, Art Square in Tsim Sha Tsui, Ocean Park, Wong Tai Sin Plaza, and Hong Kong Disneyland. They offer visitors a unique street food experience.

The food truck initiative is a key tourism project of the Hong Kong government, inspired by the concept of street food trucks in Europe and America, adding fun and vibrancy to Hong Kong’s tourist spots. Visitors can easily enjoy authentic local dishes while sightseeing, including the Soul-wrenching Burger, Fresh Cream Pineapple Bun, Divine Grilled Squid, Fish Maw and Dried Scallop Soup, American-Style Char Siu Buns, Radish and Pork Rib Bone Rice, Five-Colored Dumplings, and Pork Shoulder Sandwiches. The food trucks have been operating on Hong Kong streets since February this year.
