Ride the VR wave: Janfusun FantaCity unveils Dinosaur Coaster

Following renowned theme parks in the UK and the US, Janfusun FantaCity has launched VR (Virtual Reality)! With a Jurassic Park theme, the park introduces the "VR Dinosaur Coaster," giving visitors the thrill of an adventure through a virtual world teeming with dinosaurs. Not only that, but from July 1 to August 31, summer vacation tickets are also available at a special price of $699 (original price $899), and come with a complimentary "Häagen-Dazs" ice cream!

The "VR Dinosaur Coaster" utilizes the roller coaster's track environment combined with VR goggles. As the ride follows the track through Jurassic Park, the coaster will pass through the bodies of dinosaurs, dodge their attacks, while also avoiding massive boulders falling from volcanic eruptions, and even the perilous moment of being swallowed by a ferocious Tyrannosaurus rex.

To fully immerse all visitors, the park has created an outdoor exhibition of electric dinosaur models, featuring a 12-meter-tall electric T-Rex model, herbivorous Triceratops, and Oviraptor, all roaring with claws and teeth in front of the Sky Plaza. The park has also carefully designed small trivia about dinosaur habitats and comparison charts of their heights, making visitors feel as if they’ve stepped into a world of dinosaurs.

Additionally, the water park’s new attraction – "Ride the Giant Waves" – lets visitors ride on a banana boat to experience waves of varying intensity, with the boat rocking to the rhythm of irregular swells, fully enjoying the thrill of wild waves and riding the surf.
