The sea warning was issued at 2:30 PM on July 6, and the land warning was issued at 8:30 PM on July 6. All regions across Taiwan have stepped up their responses. On the morning of July 7, normal operations resumed throughout the island, but whether schools and offices will be closed in the afternoon will be announced based on conditions. Airlines will also announce flight statuses on the morning of July 7. Those with recent travel plans should pay close attention.

Xueshi Village, Xiulin Township: Work and classes suspended from 9:00 AM on July 7.

Taiwan Railways
Before 4:00 PM on July 7, all trains operated normally. The Alishan Forest Railway main line operated as usual, while branch lines (Alishan to Zhiping, Zhushan, and Shenshu) operated normally before 12:00 PM.
After 4:00 PM, scheduled trains on the Eastern Line were gradually suspended, and after 6:00 PM, trains on the Western Line were also gradually suspended.

High-Speed Rail
On July 7, services ran normally across all lines, with trains departing according to the schedule. On August 8, all trains were suspended before 5:00 PM.

Su-Hua Highway: The southbound lane in Su’ao and the northbound lane in Chongde closed at 1:00 PM, with entry prohibited. The highway was fully closed at 3:00 PM.
Yilan Route 7 and Route 7A: Entry prohibited from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with early warning closure at 3:00 PM.
On the Freeway Wuyang Viaduct, under strong wind alerts: Speed limited to 70 km/h with buses prohibited when average wind speed reaches level 7; speed limited to 40 km/h when average wind speed reaches level 8; full closure when average wind speed reaches level 10.

China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines
July 7 (Thursday)
Taoyuan: Flights operating normally, but passengers scheduled to depart after 23:00 are advised to check in three hours before takeoff.
Songshan: Flights operating normally.
Taichung: Flights canceled after 19:00.
Tainan: Flights operating normally.
Kaohsiung: Flights canceled after 19:00.
July 8 (Friday)
Taoyuan: Flights canceled before 12:00 noon; long-haul flights originally scheduled to return to Taiwan in the early morning have been delayed and will land successively after 12:00 noon.
Songshan: Flights operating normally; however, flight AE211 from Songshan to Fuzhou will be delayed.
Taichung: All flights canceled for the day.
Tainan: All flights canceled for the day.
Kaohsiung: Flights canceled before 14:00 in the afternoon.
Mandarin Airlines has canceled all domestic flights after 14:00 on July 7. For international routes, the Hong Kong–Taichung flights AE1832/1842 are canceled, as is the Seoul–Taipei flight AE231. The Kaohsiung–Seoul flight AE960 has been moved up to depart at 15:30. The Wuhan–Taichung flight AE956 has been postponed to July 8.
EVA Air and UNI Air
EVA Air flights BR61 (Taipei–Bangkok–Vienna) and BR87 (Taipei–Paris) today (July 7) have been moved up to depart at 21:30.
EVA Air flights BR16 (Taipei–Los Angeles) and BR28 (Taipei–San Francisco) today (July 7) have been moved up to depart at 22:00.
EVA Air flight BR26 (Taipei–Seattle) today (July 7) has been moved up to depart at 23:00.
Flights scheduled to arrive in Taiwan early tomorrow (July 8) morning will be delayed and arrive successively after 09:00 on the morning of July 8.
UNI Air domestic flights after 13:00 on July 7 will only see flights B7-8825 and B7-8826 (Songshan–Kinmen round trip) operating normally; all other flights are canceled. Flights before 13:00 will depart as scheduled.
TransAsia Airways
On July 7, flights at Songshan Airport after 13:00 are canceled, flights at Kaohsiung Airport after 15:00 are canceled, and flights at Taoyuan Airport after 17:00 are canceled.
