A New Highlight for Pink Earth Flower Viewing: The Dreamlike Bloom of Forget-Me-Not Valley’s Floral Sea

WaiPu Forget-Me-Not Valley is a popular flower-viewing spot in central Taiwan, featuring vast, boundless farmlands that present different floral seas across the four seasons. From spring to summer, it's a sea of lush green grassland, turning golden yellow before autumn harvest, and currently in its fallow period, various crops including rapeseed flowers and cosmos are planted, transforming Forget-Me-Not Valley into a patchwork of pink, golden, and snowy white hues across the land.

The currently planted cosmos and rapeseed flowers in the fallow period have now bloomed, transforming the vast farmland into a vibrant palette of pink, gold, and white. With no obstructing buildings in sight, the expansive scenery can soothe the soul, attracting many netizens and flower-viewing tourists to come for photos and check-ins.

To welcome the upcoming Taichung Flower Expo at the end of the year, the Taichung City Government has also planted landscape green manure crops in various locations, including Wufeng, Dajia, Longjing, Wuqi, Houli, Shengang, Xitun, and the South District, filling the entire city with blossoms. Among them, the Flower Expo features three major exhibition areas, one of which is the WaiPu area, where the floral sea of Forget-Me-Not Valley serves as a perfect prelude to the event.
