Korea’s popular grilled sandwich pops up on Taipei streets

Korea’s highly popular sandwich “Isaac Toast & Caffee,” known for its unique sauces paired with fresh lettuce and ham, is one of the must-try foods for many visitors to Korea. Now, you don’t have to fly abroad — the official Facebook page has announced that a pop-up store will open in Taiwan on July 18, located at Taipei’s Zhongxiao Sogo.

Known as the Korean version of Mei Er Mei, Isaac Toast & Caffee will open a 10-day pop-up store from July 18 to July 27 on the B2 level of Taipei’s Zhongxiao Sogo. Sandwich prices will range from NT$75 to NT$95, and the brand also plans to open stores in Taiwan this year. In addition to existing flavors, Taiwan-exclusive sandwiches will also be introduced.
