Through the Taichung City Government's "Rising Stars Youth, Dreaming in Taichung" initiative, 108 young people were recruited to start businesses in locations such as Zhai Xing Villa (Tanzi District), Guangfu New Village (Wufeng District), and Audit New Village (West District) in Taichung, focusing on areas like e-commerce and cultural creativity. Among these, the existing buildings in Audit New Village have undergone specialized renovation and decoration to become storefronts or residences, transforming into a "youth innovation base." It has also recently become an increasingly popular attraction in Taichung.

Audit New Village was built between 1969 and 1972 and originally served as dormitories for the families of provincial government employees. Currently, the park hosts cafes, dessert workshops, bookstores, as well as numerous grocery and DIY handicraft teaching and sharing spaces. These offer visitors more services, goods, and ideas to exchange while resting in the old residential community. Exhibitions and restaurants are also highly popular. The nostalgic space, combined with a novel cultural and creative shop business model, brings a brand-new experience to visitors at Audit New Village.
