A Sea of Flowers Blooms in Riverside Park — A Perfect Spot for a Romantic Date

The holidays are here, and you're still wondering where to take your significant other on a date? Over 10,000 flowers have recently started blooming near Taipei’s Riverside Park. The vibrant sea of blossoms stretching along both sides of the Rainbow Bridge is truly eye-catching. Plan a half-day riverside outing and also check out Raohe Night Market or the Xinyi Shopping District.

The flower sea is located in the Chengmei Left and Right Banks Riverside Park, where more than 10,000 flowering plants have been arranged into various patterns, including purple angelonia, pink vincas, and coleus with yellow-edged red hearts. These colorful blooms paint a vibrant summer scene along the river, with the best viewing period being from now until late August.
