The Presidential Palace boasts many highlights — the ultra-impressive European-style chess plaza

"Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou," which rose to fame with its nougat candies, invested heavily in creating the "Puli Presidential Palace." It is the third leisure venue following the Tucheng Nougat Museum and the Daxi Love Story Museum. The creation of the "Presidential Palace" stems from General Manager Qiu Yirong and his wife Tseng Tsui-na realizing that in the eyes of loved ones, everyone is No. 1 and the best. They want visitors to understand that being a "president" is not just a title but also represents being the best, encouraging everyone to pursue their dreams bravely.

It took Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou seven years to establish the Puli Presidential Palace, presenting visitors with a uniquely designed exterior. The main building’s façade adopts European architectural styles, resembling a European castle that complements Puli’s fragrant flowers. The castle’s exterior walls, featuring hand-carved washed stone surfaces and slate cladding, are truly a first in Puli.

The Presidential Palace centers around the concept of "presidents," including Taiwan’s only restrooms themed around chess and international chess. On the first floor, there are nougat sales areas, presidential pastries sections, and freshly baked goods zones. In addition to well-known products like nougat and celebration cakes from Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou, new products have also been developed to match the theme.
