The Taipei Riverside Kids' Fun Festival is bustling with excitement as families enjoy the Iron Man water flight show together.

The "Taipei Riverside Kids' Fun Festival" will take place from August 20 to 28 around the Hope Fountain in Dajia Riverside Park. The event includes water activities such as "Spider-Man Trampoline," "Hand-Powered Boat," "Water Bicycle," "Four-Seater Pedal Boat," "Rowing Boat," and "Dinosaur vs. Godzilla Water Slide," as well as land activities like "Giant Book Storytelling" and "momo TV Hosts' Dance Party," plus the "Iron Man on Water" performance, ensuring a perfect finale to a fun-filled summer vacation.

Jian Yuyan, Director of the Tourism and Travel Bureau, stated that the "Taipei Riverside Kids' Fun Festival" offers numerous water activities. To ensure safety, there are 10 lifeguards on site and a first aid station. Each session of water play equipment is limited to 300 participants, with 150 spots available via online registration and the rest on-site. After registration, participants wear colored wristbands to enter; parents who do not enter the water do not need to register or get a wristband. There are no capacity limits for land activities or live performances.

Additionally, the internationally popular "Iron Man on Water" makes its debut on the Keelung River. Powered by jet skis, the Iron Man soars above the Keelung River against a clear blue sky, a truly eye-catching sight. Visitors who want to watch up close can head to the site at 11:00, 11:45, and 13:00 on August 20, and 13:00, 14:45, and 15:00 on August 21. Each performance lasts about 15 minutes.

The Dajia Riverside Park, where the festival is held, is designed with a family-friendly, water-play theme. The park also features free splash zones, children's sand play areas, and other play facilities. Next to Exit 8, there is a bike rental station where you can rent bicycles, pedal tricycles, and quadricycles. Riding a bike in the summer breeze, you can head to the Songshan Rainbow Bridge, Raohe Street Night Market, or the Shilin Wetlands, extending your itinerary for a full day of riverside adventure and enjoying the vibrant summer.
