Pingtung’s Howlocc Ice was built using 3,600 pieces of reclaimed wood and 14,400 screws, taking three years to create a 150-ping cultural and creative handmade space, paired with expansive sea views and a 1,500-ping stargazing beach. Visitors here can enjoy a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, fully immersed in nature.
