Admire the September Snow: White Sea of Leeks in Daxi

The Daxi Leek Flower Season lasts about a month. Visitors can take public transport to downtown Daxi, walk to Daxi Bridge, or park at the Daxi Bridge parking lot and rent a bicycle to ride along the Dahan River toward Yingge and Zhongzhuang, or toward Longtan Sankeng and Neizha. Along the way, there are leek-growing areas perfect for flower viewing and photography.

Alternatively, visitors can ride a U-bike from Yingge along the Dahan River bike path to Zhongzhuang in Daxi, or rent a bike from Longtan Sankeng to cycle along the Dahan River bike path to Neizha in Daxi. Both routes feature leek fields ideal for flower viewing and photography.

Daxi Bridge was recently reopened, allowing visitors easy access to nearby attractions such as Daxi Old Street, Zhongzheng Park, the Wood Art Eco-Museum, the Daqing Mural Art and Farmers’ Market, and the Yuemei Ancient Trail and Leisure Agriculture Area—plenty to explore in the vicinity.
