Christmas Lights & Floral Displays: Ximending Christmas Season Offers Plenty of Photo Spots

The joyful “2016 Ximending Christmas Season” is back and ramping up. Starting November 26, dazzling lights will first illuminate the Taipei Water Park. Throughout the event, elegant lighting combined with water reflections will add a refined charm to the Taipei Water Museum, along with a wall of poinsettias and various colorful floral displays that look beautiful both day and night.

In addition to the light installations, the park will host a large-scale Christmas concert on December 17. Free admission will be offered on concert day, along with numerous prize-winning activities—visitors can enjoy the show and receive commemorative gifts.

The Ximending Christmas Season runs from November 26 to December 31. During this period, the park will extend its opening hours to 8:00 PM every Friday to Sunday (ticket sales end at 7:00 PM), inviting visitors traveling in Taipei and local residents to spend a joyful Christmas holiday with their families at the Taipei Water Park and create wonderful memories.
