After launching THE LIN HOTEL TAICHUNG in 2015, THE Lin Group renamed the former China Chiao Garden Hotel as The Lin Palace Garden and relaunched it, while also establishing new F&B brands “Chef’s Window Dim Sum” and “PASS French Café.” Chef’s Window Dim Sum features a bright kitchen, serving classic dim sum recipes from 50 years ago—everything comes straight from the source to your table, with minimal decoration but a focus on fresh, live ingredients.
Prices at Chef’s Window Dim Sum range from NT$98 to NT$420, with around 60 types of Hong Kong-style dim sum on offer, such as roast meats, dried scallops with loofah, spicy clay pot rice, and Chinese sausage pan-fried radish cake.
PASS French Café offers a selection of freshly prepared French dishes through a new fashion-forward concept. The name “Pass” refers both to the popular term for when it’s your turn in line and to the café’s aim of serving each guest at just the right pace—with the freshest, hottest French delicacies.
