Cherry blossom season is one of Taiwan’s most anticipated floral events. Stroll along paths blanketed in falling petals and admire hillsides covered in shades of pink—the dreamy scenery is truly unforgettable. One of New Taipei City’s most famous cherry blossom viewing spots, Tamsui Tianyuan Temple, has seen its cherry blossoms gradually blooming. Near-full blooms of tri-color cherry blossoms can now be admired in the temple’s back garden, though some Yoshino cherry trees have yet to flower.
