Taipei’s second branch coming soon — Haidilao expands to Taichung and Hsinchu

With a stellar reputation for outstanding customer service, Haidilao, a Chinese Sichuan-style hotpot chain, is opening new branches in Hsinchu and Taichung in central Taiwan this July, following the launch of its first overseas store in Taipei.

Haidilao specializes in authentic Sichuan-style hotpot, with broth made from premium beef tallow, red Sichuan peppercorns, and chili peppers as the main ingredients. The broth is traditionally stir-fried to achieve a rich, spicy, and aromatic flavor. The restaurant also incorporates elements of Bashu culinary culture, and offers additional services such as manicures and massages, providing diners with a unique experience.
