Eye-catching！A two-story miniature train “rolls into” the Beimen Visitor Center

“The train is coming to the Beimen Visitor Center, Up!” Recently, a large structure suddenly appeared near the Beimen Visitor Center, its colorful exterior drawing crowds who stopped to watch. Even elderly locals joked, “Can such a huge train actually carry people?”

The large, train-shaped installation stands prominently next to Qian Lai Ye Grocery Store. Made of fiberglass and painted in vibrant colors, its steel-frame, two-story structure will serve as exhibition stalls and a restaurant in the future. During the Lunar New Year holiday, it will function as a large-scale art installation for public viewing and photos, and is expected to become another popular photo spot.

The company taking over the operation of “Beimen Wedding Paradise” is Yi Zhang Cultural and Creative Co., whose head is originally from Xuejia. Having achieved success in his career, he now wishes to give back to his hometown. Li Yitian, special assistant to the chairman, noted that the business scope includes the Beimen Outpost, Detergent Salt Factory, Qian Lai Ye Grocery Store, and Scenic Salt Lake.

Among them, the Detergent Salt Factory will be presented as a cultural and creative department store and will regularly host art and cultural exhibitions. It is currently open for business solicitation. The surrounding area of the Scenic Salt Lake includes a shooting experience zone, children’s sand play area, and stargazing camping area, which are also being gradually launched.

Li Yitian said that the Scenic Salt Lake has now opened for water recreation, featuring swan boats for visitors to tour the lake. It is open all day, but may close during excessively windy conditions for safety reasons—visitors can inquire on-site. Additionally, the Crystal Chapel has completed renovations, and after further beautification, it will also be operated by the company. It is expected to become an important venue for outdoor weddings in the coastal area.
