Six Additional High-Speed Rail Trains Added During Qingming Holiday Ticket Rush
During the peak period of the Qingming holiday travel season from March 31 to April 4, Taiwan High Speed Rail will operate six additional train services (four southbound and two northbound). In addition, to accommodate the early demand for returning home for tomb-sweeping, three extra trains (one southbound and two northbound) will be added on March 25 and 26 to enhance service for passengers. All of these additional services will include 3 to 5 cars with non-reserved seating. Ticket pre-sales will begin at midnight on March 18, and passengers are welcome to make use of this opportunity.

Taiwan High Speed Rail will operate a total of 187 additional train services during the Qingming Festival travel period (83 southbound and 104 northbound), providing 1,000 train services over the six-day period. Passengers can take advantage of the convenience of ticket pick-up at over 10,000 convenience store ticketing points or via “T EXPRESS” for early collection, allowing direct boarding upon arrival at the station.
Additionally, passengers traveling to and from areas such as Neihu, Nangang, Songshan, Xinyi, Xizhi, Keelung, and Yilan can conveniently board or alight at HSR Nangang Station nearby, saving time and enhancing accessibility.
