The event offers a variety of engaging participatory activities to help the public better understand the three-in-one concept of life (production, ecology, and living) at the Green Expo. These include experiences and workshops on seasonal diet pickles, rice culture through agri-food experiences, Yilan tea ceremonies, over ten types of environmental education and ecological experiences, indigenous cultural experiences, and more. There’s also a vast 12-hectare landscape art installation featuring edible scenery, a 4.5-hectare Green Arena offering rural farming experiences, traditional clay ovens (q"窑), and farm-to-table dining in the fields.

Additionally, this year a special Green Expo Free Admission Ticket originally priced at 300 NTD is being offered to encourage the public to experience the Expo and join the movement toward green living and caring for the land, while also enjoying the Expo’s “delicious, beautiful, fun, and convenient” offerings.
