Located in Sydney, the One Central Park complex consists of two residential towers — one 16 stories and the other 33 stories high — sitting atop a mixed-use retail podium that includes shops, banks, restaurants, and a large supermarket. The building’s most distinctive feature is its cantilever structure: a heliostat system extending from the 29th floor of the tower, with a sky garden above.

2. UK – Balancing Barn

The Balancing Barn in Suffolk, UK, is a uniquely designed holiday cottage created by the world-renowned architecture firm MVRDV. Half of the cottage appears to hover in midair while the other half rests on a small hillside, challenging balance like a seesaw. Its exterior features reflective metal panels, and there's even a swing hanging from the front of the building — making it truly one-of-a-kind.

3. Taiwan – Tao Zhu Yin Yuan

The luxury residential building “Tao Zhu Yin Yuan,” located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, was designed by top French architect Vincent Callebaut. Its spiral form is covered with extensive green balconies and gardens, resembling a vertical forest in the city. It also incorporates systems for organic waste recycling, water reuse, and solar power generation, aiming to become one of the most eco-friendly buildings in the world.
