One-week holiday weather: Clear skies to return after holiday, southeastern areas to see weather changes on Thursday

Only the eastern and southeastern regions saw scattered brief showers. The western half of the island experienced large day-night temperature variations, with daytime highs reaching between 25–30°C. Many people were seen wearing short sleeves outdoors. It is advised to bring a light jacket for the cooler mornings and evenings to avoid catching a chill.

From April 3rd to 8th, most areas experienced mostly cloudy to sunny conditions, with only the eastern and southeastern regions seeing scattered brief showers. On the 6th, there were also localized brief showers in mountainous areas north of central Taiwan. From the 3rd to the 5th, the western half of the island continued to see large day-night temperature differences. On the 9th, a frontal system will affect the northern and eastern parts of Taiwan, bringing brief showers, while localized showers are also expected in mountainous areas of central and southern Taiwan. Other regions will remain mostly cloudy. From the 7th to the 9th, Kinmen and Matsu may experience reduced visibility due to low clouds or localized fog. Travelers planning to visit Kinmen and Matsu are advised to stay alert to this condition.
