Guests can stay for one night in a 15-ping executive room, enjoy a lavish Colorful buffet breakfast for two, and most importantly, savor a Valentine’s Day couple’s set menu from either Qing Shan Japanese Cuisine or GMT Italian-French Restaurant. The package, valued at NT$22,698, is available at a Valentine’s promotional price of NT$9,999 + 15.5%, almost a 50% discount.

For couples who simply want to enjoy a great meal, Qing Shan Japanese Cuisine and GMT Italian-French Restaurant have introduced two tiers of exquisite couple’s set menus, giving gentlemen a wonderful opportunity to express their love. Each set is priced at NT$5,999 + 10% and NT$7,999 + 10% respectively. Known for its delicate plating and non-fixed menu, “Qing Shan Japanese Cuisine” is the top choice for diners who love Japanese cuisine. From February 9 to February 14, the “Enchanting Couple’s Set Menu” and the “Fateful Couple’s Set Menu” include selected appetizers, hot dishes, and fried items, as well as seafood-rich sashimi and grilled dishes prepared using binchotan charcoal at temperatures of 1200°C. The meal also comes with two glasses of enchanting fruit wine handpicked by expert sommeliers, or a bottle of Fateful Organic Junmai Ginjo sake.

For guests who prefer Western cuisine, the tranquil and elegant GMT Italian-French Restaurant offers the “Passionate Couple’s Set Menu” and the “Sweetheart Couple’s Set Menu.” The main courses feature American Prime beef short ribs, seared to a perfect 3-5 doneness on both sides and served with the chef’s special red wine jus, which can also be enjoyed with a sprinkle of sea salt. Another main dish, deep-sea cod, is also presented in a pan-seared style to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredient, accompanied by a rich lemongrass fish roe cream sauce.

Dining in style also means getting a little gift. Guests who enjoy the “Passionate Couple’s Set Menu” will receive a luxurious Hermès bath gift set; those who opt for the “Sweetheart Couple’s Set Menu” will get both the Hermès bath gift set and a bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne. For an additional NT$4,999 on-site, you can also upgrade to stay in an executive room for one night (breakfast not included the next day). Additionally, to cater to solo diners, Qing Shan Japanese Cuisine and GMT Italian-French Restaurant are also offering a “Solo Indulgence Set Menu” priced at NT$3,000 + 10%, allowing single guests to also enjoy a festive feast.
