2. Beitou Hot Spring Museum
The Beitou Hot Spring Bathhouse was built in 1913 by the Taihoku Prefecture in imitation of the Izu-Yamanashi hot springs in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and it was a well-known public bathhouse during the Japanese colonial period. The first floor houses large and small blue-sulfur hot spring baths with installed cabinets, while the second floor served as a relaxation lounge for visitors.
