Ippudo Ramen announces Taiwan opening with centralized seating, now also in Taipei

After long-standing rumors of its entry into Taiwan, Ippudo Ramen, beloved and highly anticipated by Taiwanese consumers, has finally confirmed its Taiwan launch on June 15. Its first Taiwanese outlet will be located on Songren Road in Taipei’s Xinyi District. Notably, it will operate 24 hours a day, taking advantage of Taipei consumers’ and tourists’ all-day dining habits, adding further competition to the city’s top food destination.

The store spans 216.45 pyeong (approximately 716 square meters), with the much-praised “centralized flavor seating” area featuring 60 seats. Those who wish to enjoy Ippudo Ramen alone can do so in Taipei. Regarding the menu and pricing that customers are concerned about, the signature tonkotsu ramen is priced at NT$288, the miso pork bone ramen with pork slices at NT$148, and additional noodles or rice at NT$58 each. It will be open 24 hours a day, year-round. Detailed address and grand opening promotions will be announced by Ippudo Ramen.
