Real-life Noah's Ark: The world’s most unique floating villas

Dubai has become synonymous with luxury in recent years, constantly creating architectural landmarks that are among the best in the world. In addition to the world’s tallest tower, it is set to unveil the world’s most unique floating villas. Proposed by Dubai-based Kleindienst Group, “The Floating Seahorse” combines the concepts of a luxury home and a yacht to create a one-of-a-kind floating villa. The villa spans three levels, not only floating on the sea surface but also featuring the world’s first underwater villa, resembling a modern-day miniature Noah’s Ark.

The Floating Seahorse is a three-story structure, divided from top to bottom into a deck, a lounge area, and underwater bedrooms. To create a feeling of harmony with nature, almost all parts are made of glass panels—even the lounge area floating above water features large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the coral gardens and marine life in the Arabian Gulf.
