Thoughtfully designed landscapes always bring joy and endless photo ops. Opened in early 2015, “Starry Night Farm” is located in the suburbs of Changhua City. The park is decorated with romantic elements to create an outdoor wedding setting, and features several alpacas and llamas for feeding, a sandbox that kids will love playing in, and more — making it perfect for families and couples alike.

As soon as you enter the park, a row of Nutcracker soldiers line the uphill path to welcome you. A must-photograph pink LOVE art installation perfectly complements the blooming yellow tulip trees behind it, creating a seasonal scenic beauty. The park plays with words by placing a Mediterranean-style bell tower and chairs together — “bell and chair together” phonetically hints at “finally together,” which many visitors praise as brilliantly creative. There are also colorful wooden mailboxes, a white horse-drawn carriage, V poses, sunflowers, and more... including a small section for red something... The park offers many photogenic spots, all wrapped in a fairytale-like atmosphere.

The most popular animal star in the park is undoubtedly the “grass mud horse” — the alpacas swaying their fluffy bodies, searching for food from visitors’ hands, are irresistibly cute, prompting many girls to take close-up photos with these “furry kids.” In addition, there are also areas for llamas, raccoons, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other adorable animals you can get up close with. Although the animals are cute, they must be treated with care, so the park has put up signs saying “If you witness any animal abuse, please press the button to report.”

The park offers both main meals and light snacks, though visitors generally find the prices a bit high. Admission is 150 NTD on both weekdays and weekends, which can be used to offset 50 NTD of food and drink costs. Children under 100 cm tall can enter for free.

It’s worth noting that as the weather gets hotter, small black flies may appear in the park. Visitors are advised to bring their own insect repellent before heading to the farm. The park isn’t very large, and you can expect to spend about two hours there.
