Located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, "Wu Du Shiyan Lab" takes inspiration from merging a laboratory concept with food. Its most distinctive feature is the use of alternative tableware—replacing regular cups with large beakers, and serving drinks in tall conical bottles that make you feel like you’re drinking some kind of mysterious potion. Although each shallow dish holds only a small amount of food, when the nine ingredient plates are combined, they still provide a satisfying full meal.
